Getting started on the QuickNet Online Customer Portal
It's easy to set yourself up to access valuable account information via QuickNet, Jacobus Energy's Online Customer Portal. You can retrieve delivery tickets, invoices, valuable reports, and more! Here's how:
To access your delivery tickets, go to My Accounts, then select Invoice/Delivery Ticket Lookup.
- Go to the Jacobus Energy website at www.JacobusEnergy.com. Have your 5 or 6-digit Jacobus Energy account number ready. Your account number is located in the upper right corner of your invoices.
- Click on Register for online account access on the left side of the home page.
- Enter your account number and follow the prompts.
To access your delivery tickets, go to My Accounts, then select Invoice/Delivery Ticket Lookup.
